Who we are

a) Transition Curriculum
In the Primary Four curriculum, children are required to change from the theme-based to subject-based learning.

b) The Upper Primary Curriculum
This curriculum is based on subjects. Each subject has stated learning outcomes for each topic, content and language competencies

Our Assessment Methods:
At Kempton Junior School, assessment is continuous and ongoing. Teachers organise their time to allow for observation, assessment, feedback and reflection. Each child's achievements are reviewed regularly. Such assessments are formative and enable the teacher to identify each child's strengths and areas for development and plan appropriate work. Children at all stages are involved in their own assessment, through self and peer assessment, receiving teacher feedback and through setting targets.

Below are our assessment methods.
